VendorView360 was started by a group of seasoned Financial Service professionals representing multiple disciplines within the Industry. The vision was simple, to create a comprehensive vendor management solution to fill the void among hundreds of firms scrambling to manage outsourcing risk in a rapidly changing environment. While some solutions were available, most only addressed portions of the vendor management life cycle or only addressed a single component such as the technology required. Our goal was to develop a solution that an organization could rely upon for any or all of the portions that they may need help in.

By combining a technology platform with legal and consulting services, coupled with a back office operation, VendorView360 can provide all or any part of the Vendor Management process that may be needed.

Leadership Team

Ken Frye

CEO & Founder

Ken Frye is VendorView360’s Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, bringing over 25 years of financial services leadership experience to the organization. Prior to VendorView360, Ken joined Walter Investment Management in 2011 servicing in various leadership roles including President of Marix and Executive Vice President and Head of Servicing of Reverse Mortgage Solutions.

Mr. Frye also served as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations at Wilshire Credit Corporations where he spent 11 years.

Formerly Mr. Frye worked for a variety of financial institutions and as Audit Manager for Ernst & Young, providing audit and advisory services to financial organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State Sacramento and an MBA from Washington State University.

Jim Clark

President & Co-Founder

In 2013, Jim identified a market need to create a scalable and efficient technology platform that could help automate the vendor management process. After a year of market research and diligence, Jim began putting together a team and developing the software behind VendorView360.

Jim Clark is the President and Co-Founder, of our technology platform, myVendorView360. With over 18 years of experience in software development, operations and leadership, Jim is the “idea guy” and the driving force behind the system design and functionality.

Prior to starting myVendorView360, Jim was CEO and Founder of Default Servicing Technologies (DST), a leading Real Estate Owned (REO) platform currently known as Exceleras. Jim continues to aid in the management of Exceleras as an active Board member.

Christina Danovsky

EVP of Business Development / Partner

Christina’s role as EVP of Business Development/Partner is to build awareness about VendorView360’s unique capabilities, cultivate client/vendor relationships and strategic alliances, develop corporate marketing/PR initiatives, and shape product direction by identifying opportunities for further technology enhancements.

Christina spent the previous 12 years as a nationally recognized association executive, holding positions with ALFN & USFN, both financial services networks that provide resources, training, and advocacy for legal and residential mortgage banking professionals. As a leader of the Executive Team, Christina ensured alignment of strategy, objectives and messaging inside and outside the organizations.

Prior to joining the financial services industry, Christina had a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry working with Allergan Pharmaceutical, where she received an award of excellence for creating channel-driven marketing strategies designed to drive awareness to action for their ophthalmic and Botox product lines.
